Shannon graduated with her M.F.A. in acting from Shakespeare Theatre Company’s Academy at George Washington University in 2022. You can take a look at some of her highlights from the program here.

Before moving to D.C. (and now technically NoVA), Shannon spent a year in Chicago performing in the premiere of a new adaptation of the classic fairy tale Beauty and the Beast for young audiences, as well as taking classes at the Second City Training Center in both the Conservatory and Music Improv Programs.

Prior to that, Shannon was performing not far from where she was born and raised in Central Florida. When not in production at one of the region’s theatres, she could often be found working at Orlando attractions, snubbing Muggle tourists (in character, of course!) or making new friends under the sea.

Shannon’s other professional theatre experience includes management, directing and teaching, as well as coaching actors in preparation for auditions. Her full creative and technical résumé is available upon request.
